• AI Readiness Assessment: Your answers to the assessment questionnaire, including business name, industry, employee count, technology tools, operational processes, and other business information across 10 assessment categories.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: We use Vercel Speed Insights to collect anonymous performance metrics (page load times, Core Web Vitals). This does not track individual users or use cookies.
• Server logs: Standard web server logs may include IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. These are retained for security and diagnostic purposes only.

How We Use Your Information

• Assessment processing: Your assessment answers are sent to the Anthropic Claude API to generate your AI readiness analysis and recommendations. Answers are transmitted securely over HTTPS.
• Results delivery: Assessment results are stored so you can access them via your unique shareable link.
• Communication: If you contact us through the contact form, we use your information to respond to your inquiry.
• Service improvement: Aggregated, non-identifying data may be used to improve the assessment methodology and platform.

AI Processing and Third-Party Services

Your assessment answers are processed by the Anthropic Claude API to generate your results. Anthropic's API does not use customer inputs to train its models. Please refer to Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Assessment results are retained to support shareable result links. Contact form submissions are retained for the duration of our business relationship. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing john.stambaugh@norvapartners.com.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, security headers (HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options), and secure hosting infrastructure through Vercel.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Functional cookies may be used to maintain your assessment session state while you complete the questionnaire.
